1 | Switch off ignition | ||
2 | Remove steering wheel | ||
3 | Remove cover in left footwell | Only the left-hand part of the cover. | |
4 | Disconnect electrical connector (3) of clock spring contact (A112) | Installation: Use new cable ties. | |
5 | Remove trim (1) of steering column | ||
6 | Remove bolts (2) | The bolts (2) are used to secure the clock spring contact (A112) together with a steering wheel angle sensor (B68) (if installed) to the steering column. | |
7 | Lift off clock spring contact (A112) | Remove the clock spring contact (A112) carefully so that the installation position of the steering wheel angle sensor (B68) (if installed) is not changed. | |
8 | Install in the reverse order |
