Remove/install

With engine switched off, operate brake pedal several times.

 In order to reduce the vacuum in the brake booster(4).

Detach vacuum line (3) from holder (1).

Model 470, 471 with engine 699

 To do so, open holder (1).

Remove vacuum line (3) from vacuum pump (2).

Model 470, 471 with engine 699

 Seal connections.

 Hose clamp pliers

Remove vacuum line (3) from brake booster (4).

 Seal connections.

Remove vacuum line (3).

Install in the reverse order.



Check

Perform brake test.
