Remove the air filter box

Remove the poly-V-belt

Remove the internediate gear (1) from the bracket support for the poly-V-belt

Remove the vacuum line (5) from the vacuum pump (3)

Remove the vacuum pump (3)

if necessary, rotate the engine with the crankshaft until the vacuum pump piston is slackened

if necessary, rotate the engine with the crankshaft until the vacuum pump piston is slackened

Installation: clean the support areas (2) and replace the joint

If the vacuum pump has been replaced due to the bearings seizing up, eliminate any metal remains!
