Danger! | Risk of injury by trapping and crushing when tilting the cabin | When tilting the cabin backwards and forwards, do not enter in the tilting area and be careful to prevent the entry of unauthorized persons. Always tilt the cabin until its final position and lock it with safety device. | |
1 | Tilt the cabin | ||
2 | Disconnect line (2) from the vacuum pump | Press the locks (arrows) to disconnect vacuum line. | |
3 | Unscrew screws (6) from vacuum pump (1) | | |
4 | Remove vacuum pump (1) | Install: Fit the axle end by activating the vacuum pump in gear hub notch (5) of the valve camshafts. Replace sealing rings (3, 4) and clean up sealing surfaces. | |
5 | Install in reverse order | ||
Danger! | Risk of accident by automatic starting when engine is running. Risk of injury by trapping or burning when you try to stop the engine when it is running | Protect the vehicle against a possible automatic starting. Use fitting and closed clothes. Do not touch the hot or running parts. | |
6 | Check the oil leak | When starting the engine, let it on until heating up, turn off and check the leak. |
