Remove seals (2) and bushings (3) and (4) from bearing (1) with aid of  puller and  counter support.

Assemble the bushings lightly lubricated with the aid of mandrel  , keeping the depth of inner bush (b) in conformity with the instructions. .

Assemble seals (2) in bearing (1) with aid of mandrel so that sealing lips are guided to opposite side of shoes. Therefore, avoiding the trims are contaminated with grease. Keep depth (a) in the housing to allow the deflector assembly. .

Assemble the deflector.
