2 Second bleeder position left front

3 Third bleeder position rear left

4 Fourth bleeder position right front

1 Push ALB controller fully in direction of arrow and fix in place with Panduit tape or wire.

 The ALB controller must be secured in the full-load position due to pressure peaks which interfere with the bleeding procedure.

Bleed primary brake circuit

2 Begin bleeding operation at the right rear, then at left front.
Fit bleeder hose onto the bleeder valve for this purpose and open bleeder valve.

3 Depress brake pedal sharply.

4 Close bleeder valve.

5 Allow brake pedal to move back slowly.

6 Repeat procedure until clear brake fluid free of bubbles flows out of bleeder hose.

7 Close bleeder valve .

 Observe level of brake fluid in reservoir and top uf in good time.

Fill in quantity of brake fluid required, use brake fluid in accordance with Specifications for Operating Fluids Sheet 331.0.

Bleed secondary brake circuit

8 Begin bleeding operation at the rear left, then at right front.

9 Continue bleeding operation as described in steps 2 through 7.

10 Remove Panduit tape or wire at ALB controller.
