Unmount and mount | |||
1 | Remove the retaining ring (1) and the discharge guide (2) from the lower body (12) | ||
2 | Remove the O-ring (3) from the discharge guide (2), and O-rings (5) and (6) from the ring (4) | ||
3 | Remove the conical spring (7) and the valve (9) with the O-ring (8) | ||
4 | Mark the position of lower body (12) and upper body (20) | ||
5 | Remove the bolts (10) | Assembly: Tighten screws with specified torque. | |

6 | Remove the lower body (12) from the upper body (20) and, from the latter, remove the intermediate cover (13), the gasket (14), the O-ring (15), the plunger (16) and its O-rings (17) | ||
7 | Remove the retaining ring (18), the ring (4), O-rings (5) and (6), the conical spring (7) and the valve (9) with the O-ring (8) from the upper body (20) | ||
8 | On the opposite side of the upper body (20), remove the retaining ring (30), the membrane (29) and the retaining ring (28) | ||
9 | Remove the plunger (23), the retaining ring (26), the rod (27), the spring plate (25), the rubber spring (24), the O-ring (22) and the compression spring (21) | ||

10 | Clean the components and check the parts for wear | Use a suitable product to clean plastic and rubber components, otherwise they can be damaged. | |
The repair kit parts should be replaced at each disassembly. | |||
11 | Assemble in the reverse order | ||
