Remove the wheel

Remove the fastening loops of the brake shims (10)

Push the brake caliper (1) towards the internal brake shim (10)

Press the internal brake shim (10) against the brake disc (2), moving the brake shim away from the pressure pieces (13)

 Insert the appropriate tool (15) between the pressure pieces (13) and the internal brake shim (10).

Check the air gap (A) over the entire surface of the two pressure pieces (13)

 Use equal blade gauges (14) with a length greater than or equal to 220 mm.

 Adjust the air gap, if necessary.

Place the box wrench and readjust the regulator with hex adapter until the air gap (A) is attained

 In this process, the two feeler gages (14) must touch the entire surface of the pressure pieces (13).

Remove the box wrench and install the protection cap with grease
