Risk of death caused by limbs being caught or crushed by rotating parts when performing tests on the brake test stand

Never leave the vehicle unattended on the rollers except in an emergency. Ensure that no one is under the vehicle or near rotating parts during testing. In case of emergency, use the EMERGENCY OFF switch to shut down test stand.

 In addition to the vehicle data, all the pressure values measured in the further course of testing as well as the resulting braking values must be entered in the test sheet.

Connect adapter for checking brake pressure on brake coupling head (1) on coupling head for brake (35.03)



Start engine and completely fill compressed-air system at idle speed

 Ensure sufficient reservoir pressure during the following tests, and refill the compressed air system completely at idle speed, if necessary.

Drive the tractor on to the roller brake test stand

Drive the trailer on to the roller brake test stand

Determine braking characteristics of the trailer on the roller brake test stand
