1 Install tapered roller bearing inner race (43d) in rear axle housing.

2 Press in tapered roller bearing inner race (43d) using drift (036)
 124 589 02 15 00 and puller (035)
 000 589 65 33 00.

3 Remove puller (035) with drift (036) from rear axle housing.

P35.31-2017-10

4 Coat sealing lip of new radial sealing ring (42) with universal hypoid gear oil and press in using drift (034) .

 Drift (034)  208 589 00 15 00.
The radial sealing ring (42) must be pressed in approx. 2 mm from the end face of the rear axle housing (up to the chamfer).

5 Remove drift (034) 208 589 00 15 00.
