1 | Lift/jack up vehicle | ||
2 | Secure vehicle on lifting platform | ||
3 | Unscrew bolts (8) from rear axle shaft (9) | | |
4 | Unscrew nut (10) from rear axle shaft (9) | | |
5 | Lower the vehicle until almost the normal jounce condition is reached | The rear axle shaft (9) can be removed more easily when the rear axle is in the jounce condition | |
6 | Remove rear axle shaft (9) | ||
7 | Install in the reverse order |
