1 | Detach compressed-air line (11) | ||
2 | Disconnect plug (9) | ||
3 | Remove pressure switch (8) | ||
4 | Remove cover (6) | ||
5 | Remove shift piston (3) | Screw one of the bolts (10) into shift piston (3) and pull out shift piston (3) with adjusting disk (2). | |
6 | Remove cylinder liner (1) | ||
| Install | ||
7 | Install new cylinder liner (1) | Coat cylinder bushing (1) with synthetic grease. | |
8 | Install new O-ring (4) on the shift piston (3) | ||
9 | Install shift piston (3) with adjusting washer (2) | Coat sealing surface of shift piston (3) with synthetic grease. | |
10 | Attach cover (6) with new gasket (5) | Install gasket (5) with raised bead towards the cover (6). | |

11 | Install pressure switch (8) with new sealing ring (7) | ||
12 | Attach plug (9) | ||
13 | Attach compressed air line (11) with new seal rings (12) |
