L35.40-0010-01
1 Position dog clutch (30) with respect to shift collar (31) by turning ring gear.
The tops of the teeth must line up.
2 Apply compressed air to differential lock.

3 Check that pressure pin (3) in differential lock switch (1) can move easily and grease with multipurpose grease.
4 Coat thread of differential lock switch (1) with sealing compound.
5 Screw in differential lock switch (1) with locknut (2).
6 Connect multimeter to differential lock switch (1) and measure resistance.
7 Screw in differential lock switch (1) until electrical contact is closed.
8 Screw in differential lock switch (1) by a further tightening angle of 240° (2/3 of a turn).
9 Unscrew differential lock switch (1) until electrical contact is opened.
10 Tighten jam nut (2).
