1 Mount gauge (1) without measuring bolts on the bolts of the measuring plate (3).
2 Insert dial indicator (2) with preload into gauge (1).
3 Set scale of dial indicator (2) to "0".
The scale of the dial indicator (2) should not be adjusted again before the installed dimensions is transferred to the differential assembly.
