1 | Remove propeller shaft | Only detach propeller shaft from through-drive cover. Support propeller shaft. | |
2 | Remove differential lock connector (4) | With differential lock only. | |
3 | Remove differential lock compressed air connection (5) | With differential lock only. Installation: Use new sealing rings. | |
4 | Position suitable lifting device on through-drive cover (1) | ||
5 | Remove bolts (3) | | |
6 | Screw in two bolts M121.5 into the press-off thread on through-drive cover | ||
7 | Pry off through-drive cover evenly and remove from through-drive pinion housing (2) | Installation: Clean sealing surfaces on through-drive cover and on through-drive pinion housing and coat with sealant. | |
8 | Install in the reverse order |
