	Removing
1	Remove wheel.	 Jack up the vehicle at the front axle and secure with stands.	AR40.10-D-1100A
2	Remove brake disc	Model 901, 902, 903, 690.611/63/64	AR42.10-D-0230A
		Model 904, 690.612/613	AR42.10-D-0230C
3	Pull off the grease cap (11).		*116589223300
4	Loosen the screw in the clamping nut (10) and unscrew the clamping nut.
5	Remove thrust plate (9)
6	Pull the wheel hub (6) and tapered roller bearing (5) from the steering knuckle	Check wheel hub and bearing, if indicated, 
		Disassemble front wheel hub
		Front axle 730.408/409/410/411/413/414 up to axle no.: S231 915; Y245 976	AR33.20-D-0320A
		Front axle 730.408/409/410/411/413/414 as of axle no.: S231 916; Y245 977 Front axle 732.2 in model 690.6	AR33.20-D-0320E
	Install
7	Position wheel hub (6) with tapered roller bearing (5) on steering knuckle
8	Install outer tapered roller bearing (8)	 Grease the bearing thoroughly and then slide it onto the steering knuckle.
		Multi-purpose grease in accordance with Specifications for Operating Fluids Sheet 267.0	BB00.40-P-0267-00A
9	Push on thrust washer (9).	 The smooth side of the thrust washer must face the wheel bearing.
10	Screw on clamping nut (10), tighten and then slacken again half a turn
11	Check and adjust wheel bearing play on front wheel hub		AR33.20-D-0300-01A

12	Pack grease cap (11) half with grease and coat at edge with sealant.
