Remove/install

Remove front bumper

Unclip retaining frame (1) with engine oil cooler and hydraulic fluid cooler (3) from cooling module (2)

Secure retaining frame (1) against falling down

Remove screw/bolt (4) and remove retaining plate

 Bolt, high-pressure line mounting plate to oil cooler

Detach hydraulic lines (5) and seal with stop plugs

 Pay attention to installation position.

 Installation: Install new seals.

 Record plug

Remove hydraulic fluid cooler (3) from retaining frame (1)

 Pay attention to installation position.

Install in the reverse order

Fill and bleed ABC system
