Sleeve
When removing and installing the bearing bushings, the different bearing bushing diameters mean that the corresponding insertion and removal tool must be used.
For bushing-Ø 58 mm:
Insertion and removal tool 652 589 00 33 01 and
sleeve 652 589 00 33 15
For bushing-Ø 60 mm:
Insertion and removal tool 950 589 02 33 00 and
sleeve 652 589 00 33 15
For bushing-Ø 65 mm:

For bushing-Ø 72 mm:

Remove |
1 | Screw corresponding threaded bush (2) into hollow cylinder (1) and then tighten using threaded rod (7) and corresponding thrust piece on bushing in stabilizer bar (10). |
2 | Connect hydraulic hose to hand pump and the hollow cylinder (1). |
3 | Operate hand pump and press bushing out of stabilizer bar (10) (arrow). |
4 | Remove all special tools. |

Install |
5 | Insert new bushing (4) and corresponding thrust piece (6) into corresponding conical sleeve (5). |
6 | Position hollow cylinder (1) and corresponding conical sleeve (5) onto countersunk diameter of torsion bar (10) and tighten with lead screw (7). |

7 | Connect hydraulic hose to hand pump and the hollow cylinder (1). |
8 | Install bushing by operating hand pump into stabilizer bar (10), while doing so, check installation position of bushing through the cutout (arrow) of conical sleeve (5). |
9 | Remove all special tools. |
