1 | Disconnect the negative battery cable or turn off the main switch | For vehicles equipped with electronic engines, always observe the recommendations regarding the care with the vehicle electronics. | |

2 | Lift the vehicle | When lifting the vehicle by the stringers of the frame and the axle hanging, with the bellows depressurized and without support, the excessive stroke of the dampers may damage them | |
3 | Remove and install the wheels, if necessary | ||
If using the appropriate lift, removing the wheels is not necessary. However, for certain jobs, it makes access easier. | |||
4 | Remove the self-locking nuts (4) for upper and lower fastening of the spherical terminals of the side arms (2), on both sides | ||
5 | Remove the terminals and remove the side arms (3) | To prevent damage to the threads, use a copper or brass hammer | |
6 | Remove the screws (10) and bearing caps (9), remove the front anti-roll bar (2) with the split pads (11) | ||
7 | Remove the flanged screws and nuts (6) and remove the brackets | If necessary, replace the brackets (5) from the side arms on the stringers. | |
8 | Remove the flanged bolts and nuts (8) and remove the brackets | If necessary, replace the brackets from the bearings (7). | |

9 | Examine the side arms (3) with spherical terminals | .Play X maximum permissible at the terminal ball joints of the stabilizer side arms | |
In case of poor condition, excessive wear or deformation on the bar | |||

13 | If these have been removed, install the bearing brackets (7), secure them to the front axle (1) and use new flanged nuts (8) on the screws | .Supports (of stabilizer bearings) on the front axle | |
14 | Install the anti-roll bar (2) with new bipartite cushions (11) on the bearings and evenly tighten the bolts (10) to the specified torque | Lubricate lightly with petroleum jelly the contact part of the bar with the cushions. | |
Note the correct position of the split pads, whose splices should be at the position indicated by the arrows. | |||

15 | Install the brackets (5) on the stringers and secure them with flanged bolts and nuts (6) | Use new flanged nuts. | |

16 | If the side arms (3) are reused, remove from the terminals the snap rings (16) before installation, open the protective hoods (15) and apply (A) lubricating grease in advance | After applying the grease, secure the protective hood (15) with the elastic rings (16) and clean around the terminals. | |
17 | Install the side arms (3) at the top of the bracket (5) on the stringer and the bottom of the anti-roll bar (2) eyelet | Use new self-locking nuts (4). | |
