Danger!

Risk of injury caused by pinching or crushing when working on springs or spring bodies that are under tension

Use only approved tensioning devices; shield off hazard area if necessary.
Inspect special tools for damage and proper operation (visual inspection).
Wear protective gloves.

Remove rear spring (1)

Disassemble/assemble

Use a suitable drift to press front rubber bushing (2) and rear rubber bushing (3) out of rear spring (1)

Assembly: Coat the new front rubber mount (2) and rear rubber mount (3) with lubricant paste. Press the front rubber mount (2) and rear rubber mount (3) centrally into the spring eyes of the rear spring (1).

Use a suitable drift to press rubber mount of spring shackle (5) out of spring shackle (4)

Assembly: Coat the new rubber mount of the spring shackle (5) with lubricant paste. Press the rubber mount of the spring shackle (5) centrally into the spring shackle (4).
