Switch on ignition.

Start diagnostic system.

 Then select Industrial engines  Control unit direct access  FR drive control  Control unit adaptations  Parameterization  Vehicle parameters  NOx torque limitation and parameter 043.008.

Select and confirm corresponding value in menu.

 A 4­digit random number, 8­digit ID code and the calculation type XT are shown in the vehicle diagnosis system.

Enter the 4­digit random number, 8­digit ID code and calculation type XT in the VeDoc screen 1801.

 Once the data have been input, VeDoc outputs a 12­digit encrypted random number.

Enter 12­digit encrypted random number in vehicle diagnosis system.

Switch off ignition.

Disconnect diagnostic system.
