3 Retaining clip

4 Retaining lock

Remove ashtray (2).

Move retaining clip (3) in direction of arrow and disengage retaining lock.

Hold retaining lock (4) on both sides and disengage in direction of arrow.

Set selector lever (1) to position "P".

Move lever (5) at automatic transmission to position "P".

Press gearshift lever (5) towards firewall as far as stop. This corresponds to shift lever position "P" of automatic transmission.

Hold retaining lock (4) on both sides and lock in opposite direction of arrow.

Install ashtray (2).
