Remove transmission.

Remove adapter housing.

Remove electrohydraulic controller unit.

Unscrew bolt (1).

Remove range selector lever (2).

Remove sealing ring (3).

 Assembly tool

Remove detent plate with tapered rod (4).

Remove screw plug (5).

Remove bearing pin (6).

Remove screw plug (7).

Push park detent (8) as far as possible against spring (9) and remove pilot bushing (10).

Remove park detent (8) together with spring (9).



Install

Position spring (9) on stud (arrow) of park detent (8).

Install park detent (8) together with spring (9).

Push park detent (8) as far as possible against spring (9) and install pilot bushing (10).

Screw in screw plug (7).

 Screw plug, pilot bushing of park pawl mechanism

Install bearing pin (6).

Screw in screw plug (5).

 Screw plug, bearing bolt of park detent

Install detent plate with tapered rod (4).

Install new sealing ring (3).
