Remove/install

Drain fluid from transmission.



Remove cover on radiator grille and crossmember at front top for hood catch.

Remove oil hoses (2) from oil cooler (1).

 Plug openings.

Remove oil cooler (1).

 To do so, remove bolts (3).

Install in the reverse order.



Secure vehicle to prevent it from starting off by itself. Wear closed and snug-fitting work clothes. Do not touch hot or rotating parts.

Perform engine test run and check oil cooler(1) for leak tightness.
