Remove

1

Remove hollow shaft (22w).

Disassemble

Remove retaining ring (22c).

 Pliers

Remove shim (22b).

Remove axial needle roller bearing (22a).

Detach sun gear (22s) from hollow shaft (22w).

Remove O-rings (22d).

 Assembly tool

Remove radial bearing (22l).



Check

8

Check axial needle roller bearing (22a) for damage.

If damage is visible,



Replace axial needle roller bearing (22a).

Check radial bearing (22l) for damage.

If damage is visible,



Replace radial bearing (22l).



Assemble

Install radial bearing (22l).

Install new O-rings (22d).

 Assembly tool

Attach sun gear (22s) to hollow shaft (22w).

13

Install axial needle roller bearing (22a).

 The needles of the axial needle roller bearing (22a) must face toward the shim (22b).

Install shim (22b).

15

Install retaining ring (22c).

 Check retaining ring (22c) is correctly seated.

 Pliers

Install

Install hollow shaft (22w).
