	Remove
1	Remove transmission (3).		AR27.10-S-0500PS
2	Secure transmission (3) to assembly stand.		AR27.10-S-0600-01PS

3	Remove torque converter.		AR27.20-S-0500-01PS
		 Assembly device	*725589013100
4	Remove radial shaft sealing ring (1) from oil pump housing (2).	 Carefully remove radial shaft sealing ring (1). Otherwise, the oil pump housing (2) and the drive shaft will be damaged.
		 Removal and installation tool	*116589016200
	Clean
5	Clean seat of radial shaft sealing ring (1) in oil pump housing (2).
	Check
6	Check seat of radial shaft sealing ring (1) in oil pump housing (2) for damage.	If damage is visible,
		
		replace oil pump housing (2).

	Install
7	Coat new radial shaft sealing ring (1) between sealing lips with a little multi-purpose paste.	Multi-purpose paste	*BR00.45-Z-1009-06A
8	Using drift (01), press new radial shaft sealing ring (1) into oil pump housing (2) until drift (01) makes contact with oil pump housing (2) (arrow).	 Drift punch	*722589001500
9	Insert torque converter.		AR27.20-S-0500-01PS
