Remove

Remove electrohydraulic controller unit (10).

Disassemble/assemble

Remove all control solenoid valves (13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20).

Remove bolt (3a).

Assembly: Replace bolt (3a).

Bolt, timing case to electrohydraulic controller unit

Remove bolts (3b).

Remove control unit (12).

Assembly:
Check for correct positioning of retaining bar under the output shaft rpm sensor (11).
Otherwise, the control unit (12) will be damaged.

Assembly: Push clamping sleeve (5) from repair kit by hand, up to end stop in the timing case (7).
The shift valve (6a) must be correctly seated in the electrohydraulic controller unit (10).

Clean

Clean magnet (6) of shift valve (6a).
