The lower engine compartment paneling must be removed for this purpose.
1 Remove screw plug (1) from oil pan , drain oil.
Allow oil to run through a clean cloth and collect in a suitable container.

2 Remove covers (2) from transmission housing using long wedge .
Installation: Ensure that covers (2) are seated properly.

3 Rotate clutch plate using turning device or socket or counterholder in direction of engine rotation until the screw plug (3) on the torque converter is accessible.
4 Remove screw plug (3) , drain oil.
Allow oil to run through a clean cloth and collect in a suitable container.
