Engage 3rd gear

Unscrew bolt (6).

Hold on to balance weight (4). Parts could fall down.

Remove balance weight (4)

Detach guide bushing (2) and bushing (3) from balance weight (4)

Detach guide (7) from balance weight (4)

Install in the reverse order
