Adjusting
1 Shift gearshift lever to idling position.
2 Undo and lift up boot (1).
3 Push hexagon socket head screws (2) (6x80) through aligning bores (A, B) in shift lever bearing bracket.

4 Unlatch ball socket catches of shift cables (3, 4) on transmission (arrow C).
5 Ensure that the transmission is also in the Neutral position.
Lever on shift dome in center detent position
6 Latch in ball socket catches of shift cables (3, 4).
Ensure that connections are fully engaged

7 Remove hexagon socket head screws (2).
8 Reattach boot (1).
9 Check that transmission shifts properly.
