1 Tighten pressure line (14) on hydraulic unit, .
Only if the hydraulic unit is replaced.
The pressure line must run upwards along the cast edge.

2 Apply specified sealant to the sealing surface of the transmission housing.
The sealing surfaces must be free of oil and grease.
3 Attach hydraulic unit (5) to transmission housing and screw on pressure line (8) finger-tight.
4 Slide connecting sleeve (10) onto the main shifter shaft (11).
The groove of the connecting sleeve (arrow) must point upwards.

5 Screw in hydraulic unit and tighten new connecting bolt (9), .
Stretch a cloth under the main shifter shaft and shift sleeve so that the connecting bolt (9) cannot fall into the transmission housing.

6 Tighten hydraulic unit (5) with bolts (12 and 13) in specified sequence, .
Tightening sequence: A, B, C, D.

7 Tighten pressure line (8) on hydraulic unit (5), .
The pressure line must not abut the transmission housing.
8 Connect connector (6) to the solenoid valves
9 Connect clutch return line (7) to hydraulic unit (5).
10 Tighten clutch line (4) to hydraulic unit (5), .
