Remove

Remove rear end cover

Extract oil pump housing (11), driven oil pump gear (12) and oil pump drive gear (13), then remove the shim (10)

Remove valve inserts (3, 6) with valve actuators (4, 8) and springs (5, 9)

The valve elements (3, 6) are spring-loaded.



Install

Determine shim (10) for oil pump

Insert shim selected (10) and install oil pump housing (11)

 The roll pin must engage in the blind hole in the transmission housing through the shim (10).

Install driven gear (12) and drive gear (13) in oil pump

Install valve actuators (3, 6) with valve actuators (4, 8) and springs (5, 9)

Replace O-rings (2, 7).

Observe installation position of roll pin (1) in "9 o'clock position" (in direction of travel).
Note length of springs (5, 9).
