Removing
1 Unscrew bolts (4) and remove locking device (3).
2 Remove roller bearing outer race (2), to do this, heat up clutch housing (1) to approx. 80-100°C and hammer onto a wooden plate.
Use internal extractor and countering support if necessary.
Installing
3 Install roller bearing outer race (2), to do this, heat up clutch housing (1) to approx. 80-100°C and insert roller bearing outer race (2).
After cooling, continue driving on using a suitable drift punch if necessary.
4 Install locking device (3) and screw on bolts (4) .
Smear thread of bolts (4) with adhesive.
