Remove

Detach the propeller shaft from output flange (4) and place to one side

 See information from body manufacturer.

Unscrew bolt (1) and remove pressure plate (2) with O-ring (3)

 Retainer wrench

Pull output flange (4) off output shaft

 Puller

Check

4

Check radial shaft sealing ring for wear and condition

If the radial shaft sealing ring is worn or damaged.



Replace radial shaft sealing ring.

Install

Heat up output flange (4) to approx. 80 °C and mount

6

Tighten screw (1) with pressure disk (2) and new O-ring (3)
