Remove transmission

 Select procedure according to design and accessibility.

Remove transmission positioner

Remove power take-off

AR26.45-W-0039N

Shift detent segment (2) of shift fork (3) beyond catch bolt (4)

 Shift shift fork (3) far enough until the shift piston (5) can be removed from transmission housing front section.

Remove shift piston (5) from transmission housing front section

Unscrew bearing pins (1)

Remove shift fork (3) with sliding blocks

Remove sliding sleeve (6)



Install

Install sliding sleeve (6)

Install shift fork (3) with sliding blocks into sliding sleeve (6)

Screw in bearing pins (1)

 Coat thread of bearing pins (1) with sealant.

 Bearing pin for shift fork to power take-off

Loctite 5203 sealant

Install shift piston (5) into transmission housing front section

Install pin of shift fork (3) into shift piston (5)

Push down catch bolt (4) using suitable tool and engage in first detent segment (2) of shift fork (3)

Install power take-off

Install transmission
