1 Install the roller bearing (16) with the drift.
Assembly position: The lettering existing on the outside and inside race must face the bearing seat side.
2 Install the outside race of the bearing (17) with the drift.

3 Install the control fork (13) together with the control rod (11).

4 Install the coil spring (10).
5 Install the threaded bushing (9) with the tubular wrench, .
The threaded bushing has to be installed with Loctite 270.

6 Install the sliding bushing (6) together with the drive gear (7) and the thrust washer (8) in the flange case and lock it.
Assembly position: The thrust washer collar must face the bearing.
7 Install the intermediate shaft (3) with the needle bearings (4) and (5), place them in their housing from inside the sliding bushing, drive gear and thrust washer.
8 Install the through pin (12).

9 Install the control lock guide pin (15).
Assembly position: The thinner part must face down.
10 Install the new plugs (1) and (14) with the help of a drift, so they are flush with the gearbox case.
Apply Loctite 270 chemical lock on the plugs.
