Depressurize hydraulic pressure reservoir system before commencing work on system. Wear protective gloves and safety glasses.

Remove transmission

Loosen bolts (1) on hydraulic central clutch release bearing (2)

Only loosen bolts (1) until the hydraulic central clutch release bearing (2) can be moved.

Unclip retainer (8) and remove clutch pressure line (7)

Clutch pressure line modified

As of vehicle identification end no. 889000

Screw in connection fitting (5) and bleeder fitting (6)

Detach locknut (4) and connector plug (3) from clutch travel sensor (B2)

Unscrew bolts (1) and remove hydraulic central clutch release bearing (2)

Install

Install hydraulic central clutch release bearing (2) and tighten with bolts (1)

Screw in connection fitting (5) and bleeder fitting (6)

Install new sealing rings.

Install clutch pressure line (7) with new retainer (8)

Install connector plug (3) on clutch travel sensor (B2) with locknut (4)

Install transmission
