Remove

Engine or transmission removal

 Choose the right procedure for the vehicle.

Remove the clutch fork (1)

Remove the piston (2) from the clutch fork (1)

Inspect

Check the bushing (3) for wear and damage

 If required, replace the bushing (3).

Check the shaft bushings (6), fork shaft (7) and guide rollers (8) for wear and damage

 If required, replace the clutch fork (1) or disassemble the clutch fork (1) and replace the damaged parts.
Grease contact areas (arrow) lightly.

Install

Install the piston (2) on the clutch fork (1)

 Lightly grease the sliding shoulders.
