Risk of poisoning from swallowing brake fluid. Risk of injury from skin and eye contact with brake fluid

Only pour brake fluid into suitable and appropriately marked containers. Wear protective clothing and eye protection when handling brake fluid.

Open the front cover

Place the connection piping (1) of the bleeder on the buffer tank (2)

Electrical brake fluid fill and change unit

Set the bleeding pressure on the bleeder to 2 bar

Turn on the bleeding device

 Please read the manufacturer's operating instructions.

Fit the hose (4) on the bleed valve (7) of the clutch booster (6)

Open the bleed valve (7)

 Open the bleed valve (7) to at least 90°.
Perform the bleeding operation until the brake fluid goes out free of bubbles on the hose (4), after that, actuate the clutch pedal multiple times.

Close the bleed valve (7), remove the hose (4) and fit it on the bleed valve (5) of the clutch booster (6)

Open the bleed valve (5)

 Open the bleed valve (5) to at least 90°.
Perform the bleeding operation until the brake fluid goes out free of bubbles on the hose (4), after that, actuate the clutch pedal multiple times.

Close the bleed valve (5) and remove the hose (4)

Check the bleed valves (5, 7) for leaks

Place the hose (4) on the bleed valve (3) of the hydraulic clutch device

Open the bleeding valve (3)

 Open the bleed valve (3) to at least 90°.
Perform the bleeding operation until the brake fluid goes out free of bubbles on the hose (4), after that, actuate the clutch pedal multiple times.

Close the bleed valve (3) and remove the hose (4)

Check the bleeding valve (3) for tightness

Turn off the bleeder and remove the connection piping (1) on the buffer tank (2)

 The bleeder needs to be pressure free, if necessary reduce the pressure on the device.

Correct the brake fluid level in the balancing reservoir (2)

Perform a function test

 If the clutch is not working properly, repeat the bleeding procedure.
