1 | Open maintenance flap | ||
2 | Unscrew the screw cap from the expansion reservoir (2) | ||
3 | Check the level of the hydraulic fluid in the expansion reservoir (2) and replenish hydraulic fluid if necessary | ||

4 | Connect the connection line (1) of the bleeder unit in place of the screw cap on the expansion reservoir (2) | ||
5 | Switch on bleeder unit and build up bleed pressure | See equipment manufacturer's operating instructions. | |
6 | Connect bleed hose (5) to the bleed valve (3) of the clutch booster (4) | ||
7 | Open bleed valve (3) and leave open until the hydraulic fluid escapes free from bubbles | Collect escaping hydraulic fluid in a suitable container. | |
8 | Detach bleed hose (5) from bleed valve (3) | ||
9 | Switch off bleeder unit and detach connection line (1) from expansion reservoir (2) | See equipment manufacturer's operating instructions. | |
10 | Check the level of the hydraulic fluid in the expansion reservoir (2) and replenish hydraulic fluid if necessary | ||

11 | Seal expansion reservoir (2) with screw cap | ||
12 | Check clutch for proper operation and repeat the bleeding process if necessary | ||
13 | Close maintenance flap |
