Danger!

Risk of injury caused by body parts being pinched or crushed as cab is tilted

Ensure that no one is within tilting range of cab as it is being tilted. Always tilt cab all the way to end position and secure with safety strut.

Remove RH and LH soundproofing from top of frame and underride guard soundproofing from bottom of frame

Remove LH seal (4)

Detach coolant hose (10) at right seal (9)

Do not disconnect coolant hose (10).

Remove RH seal (9)

Remove coolant lines (5, 12) at the left and right on supporting frame (6)

Remove heater coolant line (11) on supporting frame (6) and bracket

Disconnect electrical connector (8) at hydrostatic fan (Y66)

Remove nuts (13) for supporting frame (6) at charge air cooler

Counterhold bolts.

Remove charge air hose (15) and charge air hose (17) between charge air cooler () and charge air pipes (16, 18)

Charge air hose (15) and charge air hose (17) are not interchangeable.

Unscrew bottom bolts (14) for supporting frame (6) at charge air cooler

Hold nuts

Disconnect cable tie and tip supporting frame (6) to the rear and secure with a tensioning strap

Remove bolts on fan (1) and fan flange (2) and remove fan (1)

Remove nut (3) on fan flange (2) and on hydraulic engine (7) and remove fan (1) with fan flange (2)
