1 | Open engine hood and raise to vertical position | ||
2 | Remove left and right suction fan duct (2) | ||
3 | Separate the electrical connector (3) of the suction fan | ||
4 | Remove the rubber seal (4) in the upper frame crossmember (5) region | ||
5 | Remove screws (6) and fold radiator crossmember (5) by 180° to the front in direction of travel | Bolt for center reinforcement on outer reinforcement | |
Bolt for center reinforcement on catch hook reinforcement | |||
6 | Remove the left and the right flat spring (7) | ||
7 | Unclip coolant hose (11) from brackets at fan shroud (10) | ||
8 | Tilt the fan shroud (10) in the upward direction against the direction of travel and remove it | Installation: Ensure that the fan shroud retaining lugs are inserted in the mounts at the bottom of the radiator. | |
9 | Install in reverse order |
