Remove air filter housing (1).

Remove air inlet pipe (2)

Disconnect connector (3) at engine and air conditioning electric suction fan with integrated control (M4/7)

Remove retaining pin (4) on right and left

Remove bolts (5) of radiator bridge on right and left

Press together retaining clamp (6) of radiator on right and left and release the radiator bridge

Press clamps (7) on right and left and at the same time pull engine and air conditioning electric suction fan with integrated control (M4/7) toward top.

Take out engine and air conditioning electric suction fan with integrated control (M4/7) toward top

At the same time slightly pull radiator crossmember toward front.

Installation: Ensure that plates (8) for engine and air conditioning electric suction fan with integrated control (M4/7) are seated in supports (9) for radiator on right and left, otherwise no fixing is achieved.

Install in the reverse order

Carry out operational check of hood lock

Check gap dimension of engine hood
