Remove/install

Remove poly-V belt

Unscrew bolts (2) and remove viscous fan clutch (3) and fan wheel (1) down and out

Push fan shroud to the side, if necessary.

Do not lay viscous fan clutch (3) down in horizontal position, to avoid damage to viscous fan clutch (3).

Installation: Inspect belt pulley of coolant pump for damage and concentric running, replace if necessary.

Take fan wheel (1) off the viscous fan clutch (3)

Install in the reverse order
