1 | Drain coolant at radiator | ||
2 | Remove charge air line from air filter to ATL | ||
3 | Remove poly-V belt | ||
Remove coolant lines (1a, 1b) | |||
4 | Detach coolant lines (1a, 1b) at ATL | Installation: Install new sealing rings. | |
Bolt, coolant line to turbocharger/oil filter/coolant pump/ timing case cover | |||
5 | Detach distribution manifold (3) on timing case cover and coolant line (1a) | Installation: Install new sealing rings. | |
Bolt, coolant line to turbocharger/oil filter/coolant pump/ timing case cover | |||
6 | Detach coolant line (1b) from coolant pump and remove | Installation: Install new sealing rings. | |
Bolt, coolant line to turbocharger/oil filter/coolant pump/ timing case cover | |||
7 | Install in the reverse order | ||
Remove coolant lines (2a, 2b) | |||
8 | Remove lower engine compartment paneling | ||
9 | Detach distribution manifold (3) at coolant pump | Bolt, coolant line to turbocharger/oil filter/coolant pump/ timing case cover | |
10 | Disconnect coolant line (2a) at distribution manifold (3) | Installation: Install new sealing rings. | |
11 | Detach coolant lines (2a, 2b) at timing case cover/ coolant pump | Installation: Install new sealing rings. | |
Bolt, coolant line to turbocharger/oil filter/coolant pump/ timing case cover | |||
12 | Detach bracket for coolant line (2a) at oil filter housing | ||
13 | Unfasten double clamp (4) | ||
14 | Detach coolant lines (2a, 2b) at ATL and remove | Installation: Install new sealing rings. | |
Bolt, coolant line to turbocharger/oil filter/coolant pump/ timing case cover | |||
15 | Install in the reverse order |
