Remove front bumper.

Remove screw/bolts (2) .

Unclip lower radiator shutters (1) at bottom and swivel out.

Release and disconnect electrical connector (3).

Release, disconnect electrical connectors (3) and remove lower radiator shutters (1).

Model 290 with engine 256.9

Unclip electric line at lower radiator shutters (1) and remove lower radiator shutters (1).

Install in the reverse order.

Check lower radiator shutters (1) using diagnostic tester for proper operation.
