2 | Remove radiator grille on the side on the left | ||
3 | Remove radiator grill (1) from additional radiator (2) | With code (C47) Radiator grill at the rear | |
Installation: Install new nuts. | |||
| Notes on self-locking nuts and bolts | ||
4 | Drain off and catch coolant at the drain screw (3) | Installation: Pour in coolant. | |
5 | Remove both coolant hoses (4, 5) from additional radiator (2) | ||
6 | Remove both screw/bolts (6) | ||
7 | Unscrew nut (7); remove windshield and bolts | Installation: Install new nut (7). | |

8 | Remove additional radiator (2) | Installation: If the additional radiator (2) is replaced the swivel bearing (8) must be changed. | |
9 | Install in the reverse order | ||
10 | Purge engine cooling system |
