 	Remove/install
1	Raise and secure dumper flatbed	 See the Operator's Manual .
2	Remove radiator grille on the side on the right
3	Remove radiator grill (1) from engine radiator (2)	With code (C47) Radiator grill at the rear
		 Installation: Install new nuts.
	Notes on self-locking nuts and bolts		AH00.00-N-0001-01A
4	Drain off and catch coolant at the drain screw (3)	 Installation: Pour in coolant.	AP20.00-G-2080B
5	Remove both coolant hoses (4, 5) and bleed hose (6) from the engine radiator (2)
6	Remove both screw/bolts (7)		*BA20.20-N-1003-01K
7	Remove both oil lines (8) on the integral oil cooler	Engine 902.923/924/ 935, 906.935/955
		 Collect transmission oil which flows out. Close off oil line (8) with a stop plug.
		 Installation: Correct the oil level in the transmission. The oil level is correct when the oil is a maximum of 10 mm below the filler opening.

8	Unbolt both nuts (9)	 Installation: Install new nuts (9).

9	Remove both bolts (10) on coolant pipe (11)
10	Loosen clamp (12) and remove coolant pipe (11) with coolant hose (13)
11	Remove screw/bolts (14) for the cooler cover (15)
12	Swivel engine radiator (2) a little and pull out cooler intermediate grill (16)	With code (M74) Radiator quick cleaning system Clean-Fix
13	Remove engine radiator (2)	 Installation: Replace adhesive tape (length about 40 cm) above and below on the charge air cooler (17). Clean bonding surface beforehand.
14	Install in the reverse order
15	Purge engine cooling system		AR20.00-G-1040B
