1 Block belt pulley (2) with counterholder (3)
2 Unscrew hexagon socket head bolts (1) and remove belt pulley (2)
Installation: Observe tightening torque.
D20.10-1004-01
3 Remove coolant hoses (4, 5, 6 and 7) from coolant pump.
D20.10-1005-01
4 Uniformly loosen hexagon head bolts (9, 10, 11 and 12) and unscrew.
Installation: Observe tightening torque.
5 Remove coolant pump (8) from timing case cover.
Installation: Clean sealing surfaces on the coolant pump (8) and timing case cover and coat with sealant.
6 Install in the reverse order.
