1 Screw on the test cap (2) on the expansion reservoir (1).
2 Attach filling device (3) to test cap (2).
3 Place venturi nozzle (3.5) on filling device (3).
4 Close drain valve (3.4) and feed valve (3.2).
5 Attach feed hose (3.1) of coolant to coolant container (3.7)
To prevent air from being drawn in, ensure that coolant tank (3.7) contains more coolant than its maximum filling capacity.
6 Place waste air hose (3.6) in receptacle (5).
7 Connect compressed air hose (4) to venturi nozzle (3.5) and apply pressure.
8 Open drain valve (3.4).
A vacuum is created in the cooling system.
9 Open feed valve (3.2) until feed hose (3.1) has filled with coolant.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
10 Close off drain valve (3.4) if the vacuum indicator (3.3) for the filling device (3) is in the green area.
11 Detach compressed air hose (4) from venturi nozzle (3.5) and monitor whether vacuum remains stable for 30 seconds.
If this is not the case, check the hoses and connections and if necessary, repair and create a new vacuum.
12 Open the feed valve (3.2).
The cooling system is filled.
13 Open drain valve (3.4) if coolant is no longer suctioned.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
14 Remove filling device (3) along with all connections and test cap (2).
15 Correct coolant level in expansion reservoir (1)
